Dr. Nandakumar, the director of Heller’s PhD program, has recently been named the Chief Economist for Global Health at USAID. We are tremendously excited for him and very pleased that he will continue serving as the director of the PhD program. Unfortunately, his recent appointment means that he has been called to DC unexpectedly.
